7/12/16 Shoe Carnival at S. Gessner and 59
At approximately this subject walks in to store and selects 4 pair of women’s Nike. He then utilized one of our trash bags from sales floor garbage and concealed the items in the bag. Before exiting store, he made sure there was a clear shot out the front doors. GM confronted subject before exited with merchandise, but subject kept going.

Shoe Carnival at Westheimer Rd and S. Dairy Ashford Rd.
On the same day at approximately7:50 pm possible same subject walks in to store selects again 5 women’s Nikes from sales floor and conceals them in a duffel bag. He waited until the frontend of store was clear and runs out without any attempt to purchase the concealed shoes.

The next picture is from back in April; this subject tried to exit the back door with shoes but failed. The reason we believe this is the same subject or team is for one, the merchandise type he is taking (Women’s Nike). The other reason is that on all pictures, he is wearing some kind of wrist band or weight glove.
