3AM SWAT SCENE UPDATE-SUSPECT NOT FOUND

Just before 3 am The Montgomery County Swat Team checked the last structure in the area of the 12300 block of FM 149 near Stone Creek. Just after 9 pm, Montgomery Police was involved in a pursuit of a vehicle on FM 149. Spikes were deployed and were able to deflate the tire.  Montgomery County Sheriff’s units also joined in the pursuit. The vehicle occupied by a male identified as  Nolen Goodman, DOB 06/15/84 and a female. The vehicle turned into a private drive later identified as his fathers home. After traveling down a long driveway the male jumped out of the vehicle and fired several shots of officers. A perimeter was set up in this very rural area a few miles south of the City of Montgomery. SWAT was activated and a DPS helicopter began an area search for the male. A family member advised officers that he had told them he would not be taken alive. On September 25th, he was charged with terroristic threat in Harris County after he threatened a family member in Tomball. Prior to that, the family member witnessed Goodman on security cameras discharging a weapon at his home. Goodman who is bald-headed was last seen wearing a t-shirt and blue jeans with flip-flops on his feet. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on this person should call law enforcement immediately. The female has been detained by Montgomery Police. Stowes Wrecker removed the vehicle to be processed for evidence. FM 149 has reopened at 3am.
