A lady named Dawn Rachel Rills reached out to us to help her find the folks who had this four-legged family member snatched from their lives. The woman who had him claimed she “found” him somewhere in the Houston area, but wouldn’t be specific. She took him to Port Lavaca. Dawn says the woman who had this poor dog (that she’s now fostering) is known to have issues and to be a dog thief. Dawn has now taken the dog to her own veterinarian and the dog is not chipped. He also isn’t neutered.

This kind soul, Dawn Rachel Rills, is hoping our readers will share these pics far and wide and get this doggo reunited with his family. She says he’s scared and sad, and she thinks there may be a family somewhere around Houston who’s equally upset that he’s missing.

She was willing to post her phone number, but we advised against that because people are crazy and bored and unpredictable.
