Crime Stoppers Featured Felon Adrian Enrique Rios, wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, was captured Thursday within hours of the release of this week’s list by Texas Department of Public Safety Agent Martin.

Scott provided video, and as the blog grew in popularity, businesses began to inquire about advertising.
