HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Friday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11800 block of Good Springs Drive in reference to a vehicle fire. Deputies arrived and Joshua Toliver told them an unknow person set his vehicle on fire. Unbeknownst to Toliver, nearby security cameras captured video of him intentionally setting the vehicle on fire.
“Joshua Toliver was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with False Report to a Police Officer. His bond was set at 100 out of County Court 5. Additional charges pending further investigation by the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office,” Constable Mark Herman said.
