HARRIS COUNTY, TX-On Tuesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 7-Eleven Gas Station located in the 8500 FM 1960 Bypass Road W. in reference to a theft. Their investigation revealed that a man stole over $570 from the store’s cash registers. The man was detained and identified as 33-year-old Spencer Music. Further investigation revealed he’d been stealing money from the registers since last month.
“Spencer Music was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft Aggregate. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 7,” Constable Mark Herman said.
