The family of late CPD Officer Nolan P. Fannin (a.k.a. Boo Boo to Los Carnales/La Familia MC members) will be hosting a memorial service-reception tomorrow, Thursday the 23rd of October, at 6:00 p.m. The service will be in the Top of the Tower (6th floor) of City Hall/Conroe Tower located at 300 W. Davis (Hwy. 105) in Conroe. Dr. Charles Walton, CPD Chaplain will be officiating.
