1215am- Early reports are Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a family disturbance call off FM 1314 and Stidham Road. Reported a suspect had a rifle and raised it at deputies and they fired hitting him in the hip and shoulder. He is being transported to Conroe Regional Hospital. A second ambulance was also dispatched to the scene for a female on location for a medical need. Detectives are en route to the scene. No deputies were reported injured.

Scott provided video, and as the blog grew in popularity, businesses began to inquire about advertising. The blog soon transitioned to a news website, and then to a print newspaper, which was sold in over 100 stores, and through subscription for several years.
Scott Engle and Jamie Nash are Montgomery County residents and veteran law enforcement / breaking news reporters, who met covering a law enforcement story and have covered multiple counties, with Scott as a television videographer for multiple local stations and national networks, and Jamie as newspaper / magazine / online reporter.
