Pct. 4 has been receiving numerous complaints from parents that have high school aged kids as well as several tips concerning the same property and person. The complaints and tips were regarding Dyrl Eubanks selling marijuana to high school aged kids. After an investigation, Pct. 4 NIT (Narcotics Interdiction Team) attained a search warrant for a property in the 28100 block of FM 1485 in New Caney, TX.
Upon service of the warrant, deputies located 2 stolen weapons and approximately 3 ounces of marijuana. Eubanks also had 2 outstanding warrants for contempt of court.

Constable Hayden stated, even though many think marijuana should be legalized, in the State of Texas it is still illegal, and we are doing what we can to keep our kids safe from the dangers of illegal drugs.
