On Wednesday many people wondered what was going on at the Shell Station on the corner of FM 1484 and FM 2432. The parking lot was taped off and closed for hours as the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Organizes Crime Unit executed a search warrant. That warrant was issued after an intensive investigation for gambling and engaging in organized crime. Three suspects were arrested and five gambling devices were seized along with cash linked to the gambling operation. Arrested were Mark Elkins, Guruit Kaur and Bilal Khan. They were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, a State Jail Felony.
