WOMAN CHARGED WITH 12 FELONIES

On Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 at approximately 8:51 pm, Officer Patrick Neal was patrolling the area of the 400 Block of W Southline when he observed a traffic violation involving a silver Mazda car.
Officer Neal conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver and sole occupant identified as Kristen Marie Martin for having an expired registration of 10/2014, no insurance, no front license plate, and failing to display the registration sticker. Officer Neal then conducted a vehicle inventory and located baggies containing crystal-like substances (methamphetamine), a green leafy substance (marijuana), 58 pills of ecstasy, 4 additional pills of oxycodone hydrochloride, 22 pills of hydrocodone, 127 pills of Adderall, 6 pills of Dextroamphetamine, I pill of Clonazepam, 53 pills of Alprazolam, 1 bottle of liquid (Promethazine with Codeine), 9 pills of Temazepam, as well as multiple empty baggies and scales used to weigh and sell the illegal narcotics.
Due to possessing numerous types of illegal drugs, Kristen Marie Martin (age 33 of Livingston) was charged 12 Felonies:

Manufacturing/Delivering Controlled Substance PG 1- Second Degree Felony
Manufacturing/Delivering Controlled Substance PG 1- Second Degree Felony
Manufacturing/Delivering Controlled Substance PG 2- First Degree Felony
Manufacturing/Delivering Controlled Substance PG 3/4- State Jail Felony
Manufacturing/Delivering Controlled Substance PG 3/4- State Jail Felony
