On Sunday, Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex at 7575 Gosling at College Park to a burglary in progress. As they approached the apartment a male dressed only in blue boxers jumped from the third floor balcony, breaking his right ankle, left foot, and knocking himself unconscious. MCHD was called and were assisted by The Woodlands Fire Department. The male was identified as Michael Fudot, age 20.
He was transported to Conroe Regional Medical Center and warrant will be issued for his arrest for burglary of a habitation.
