Friday afternoon just after 2:30p.m. Constable Rowdy Hayden got a telephone call from a local trash company. The caller advised that the companies trash crew found some counterfeit money in the trash cans at 16767 FM 1485. Constable Hayden and Deputy Rivera responded to that location and met with the crew that reported it.
As Constable Hayden went to the door of the residence two males fled out the back door on foot and into the woods. Within approximately 15 minutes Deputy Rivera was able to locate one of the actors, Joshua Robert Callaway, age 25 of 18699 Woodland Forest. Callaway was taken into custody for Evading Arrest, three Failure to Appear warrants out of Judge Metts Court. He also had a Misdemeanor Class A theft warrant out of Harris County.

The other actor Justin Wayne Guley, age 23 was still at large and Deputies checked several locations in an attempt to apprehend the suspect. While checking one location on FM 2090 Deputy Don Smith spotted a red car believed to be driven by a family member pass by. Deputy Smith was able to catch up to her within a mile of the location and was able to determine that she had several open warrants through Montgomery County Precinct 4. Deputy Smith took her into custody and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail.

Meanwhile Agents from the United States Treasury responded to the scene and were able to identify at least twenty bills in different denominations from $5 to $100 that were counterfeit and had been placed in a small trash bag in the trash container.
In addition the home owner was arrested. Robert Wayne Davis was taken into custody and charged with Forging a Financial Instrument. He was placed in the Montgomery County Jail on a $6000 bond.
