DPS Seeks Info in Auto vs. Pedestrian Hit and Run

The Texas Department of Public Safety is asking the public for any information regarding an auto-pedestrian hit and run. The incident occurred Friday, December 16 around 1:55 a.m. on the I-45 northbound frontage road, just north of Rayford road in Montgomery County.

The victim was riding his bike when an unidentified vehicle struck him and fled the scene. The victim was transported to Memorial Herman Hospital in the Woodlands in critical condition. Any person having knowledge of this crime is urged to contact the Texas Department of Public Safety. Trooper Lyons is in charge of the investigation.
